Who am I?
Good question! I ask myself the same question daily :) In addition to being a comedian, I am a wife, mother of 3 amazing kids and 4 rescue pups. I gave up my 14 year corporate career as a computer programmer to pursue a much more fulfilling life of helping people. Itโs an honor to be a personal trainer. I get to help people achieve things they thought werenโt possible, I get to help people reach their goals and the best part isโฆ we have FUN!
I think of my clients as friends and when my friends achieve something they have worked so hard for, sometimes I get a little more excited then they do. Iโm passionate about fitness. The more I learn about the human body - and there is always more to learn - the more Iโm fascinated. Your body is an incredible machine - donโt you want to see what yours is capable of?
